On the occasion of International Workers’ Day 2026, MD. Shinha Sarder, a rising entrepreneur and developer, shared a thoughtful message celebrating the dedication, resilience, and contributions of workers across Bangladesh and around the world. May Day, observed every year on May 1, stands as a powerful reminder of the struggles and achievements of the labor force, and this year’s message carries a strong vision for progress and unity.

Speaking as an entrepreneur deeply connected with technology and innovation, Shinha Sarder emphasized that workers are the backbone of every successful nation. From industrial laborers to digital professionals, every individual plays a vital role in shaping the economy. He highlighted how the modern workforce is evolving rapidly, especially with the rise of digital platforms, remote work, and online entrepreneurship.

In his message, he stated that respect for labor should not be limited to a single day. Instead, it should be reflected in fair wages, safe working environments, and equal opportunities throughout the year. He pointed out that young entrepreneurs must take responsibility for building ethical businesses that value human effort alongside profit.

MD. Shinha Sarder also spoke about the importance of skill development in today’s competitive world. According to him, workers should continuously upgrade their knowledge, particularly in technology and digital tools, to stay relevant. He encouraged the youth of Bangladesh to explore freelancing, software development, and startup culture as new paths toward independence and success.

As the founder behind multiple digital initiatives, he connected May Day with the idea of “smart work” in addition to “hard work.” He explained that while traditional labor remains essential, the integration of technology can make work more efficient and impactful. He believes Bangladesh has strong potential to become a global hub for skilled workers if proper training and support are provided.

Another key part of his message focused on unity. He stressed that employers and employees should work together with mutual respect and understanding. A healthy relationship between both sides leads to better productivity and long-term success. He also acknowledged the challenges faced by workers, especially in developing regions, and called for collective efforts to improve their living conditions.

On this meaningful day, MD. Shinha Sarder expressed his gratitude to all workers who continue to contribute to society despite difficulties. He recognized their sacrifices and reaffirmed his commitment to supporting initiatives that empower individuals through technology and entrepreneurship.

As May Day 2026 is celebrated across the globe, his message stands as a reminder that progress is only possible when every worker is valued. With a vision for innovation, fairness, and growth, MD. Shinha Sarder encourages everyone to move forward together, building a future where hard work is respected and opportunities are accessible to all.
